Click on the program you would like to learn more about: Children Martial Arts (Ages 9-15) - Our children's Karate class teaches children more than just kicking and punching. Children learn the importance of values, discipline and self-esteem. Little Dragons (Ages 4-8) - Our Little Dragon's classes are perfect for children between the ages of four and eight. Children learn valuable motor coordination skills and have a special karate curriculum that has been developed specifically for their age range. Adult Martial Arts Classes - Our adult classes are a great way to learn self defense, get in shape, reduce stress and more. Adult programs include Hattatsu Ryu Karate and Shingitai Jujitsu. Fitness Kickboxing - The hottest workout in America. If your goal is to lose weight, stay in shape, or get toned this is the class for you. Fitness kickboxing burns an amazing 800 calories per session! Women's Self Defense - Practical self defense for women, including rape and assault prevention. United Martial Arts Center is the home of the Rape and Assault Prevention Association. Yoga - A meditative program that includes exercises to help improve flexibility and breathing, increase strength, decrease stress, and maintain health. |
