At our graduation ceremony in May, Sensei Wright and some friends demonstrated some of the core principles of self-defense that we teach at UMAC.  The kids who were graduating had a fantastic time watching the demonstration, as did the parents, but they also seemed to get what she was doing.  Definitely worth checking out, especially as some of the folks mug for the audience….
